Westend is the biggest shopping mall in Hungary. Their Christmas campaign was built on a very simple narrative. At Christmas time you make a bit of an effort. You make sure that the ordinary moments of your life are a little better. It brings out the better you, a prettier you. Following this simple thread of logic we asked: Who makes Christmas nicer? The simple answer was of course: Westend City Center.

We shot a very low-cost and simple spot for their christmas campaign based on this idea. The spot could almost have been built up of still pictures. The only difference was that this was shot on video. Mini-portraits based on a before-after logic, arriving at the conclusion: We make Christmas nicer.

The TV campaign, followed by organized events and posters around town, reaffirmed Westend’s role as the inevitable shopping mall. A true city center.
